Location: Onsite in Amsterdam, Netherlands or New York, United States. Domestic and international travel may be required.

What you will do

• Provide architectural leadership and technical direction for headless e-commerce storefronts.
• Lead design and deployment of Composable Storefronts using PWA Kit and Managed Runtime.
• Mentor developers and enforce best practices in frontend engineering.
• Define API integration strategies with SFCC and third-party services.
• Optimize storefronts for performance, scalability, SEO, and accessibility.
• Collaborate with product, business, and UX stakeholders on roadmap enhancements.

Requirements

• 8+ years in frontend development, with 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Expert-level Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C) experience, including PWA Kit and Managed Runtime.
• Expertise in React, Node.js, and modern JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of web vulnerabilities and mitigation practices.
• Proficiency in dependency management (npm/Yarn) and Git.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud deployment.

Nice to have

• SFCC Developer or Architect certifications.
• Agile development experience.
