Salary: $85,000.00–$105,000.00 Annually

What you will do

• Design, simulate, and troubleshoot circuits for power supply and converter applications.
• Direct small teams on power electronics projects and interpret customer specifications.
• Select components, design thermal management systems, and manage EMI/EMC.
• Perform magnetics design and evaluation for transformers, inductors, and ferrite core materials.
• Develop prototype testing hardware and methods for power electronics systems and controls.
• Provide field support and visit customers as needed.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in electrical engineering or similar with 1 year of power electronics design experience OR Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering or similar with 3 years of power electronics design experience.
• Familiarity with various power converter circuit topologies and analysis capabilities.
• Experience with control loop theory and analysis.
• Experience with circuit simulation using PSIM, MATLAB or similar.
• Access to U.S. export-controlled information is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with magnetic circuit simulation and analysis using ANSYS Maxwell or similar.
