Location: Hybrid (Philippines, Manila), requiring two days in the office and three days remote per week.

What you will do

  • Configure, program, and develop hirify.global AI and contact center solutions (AI, NLU, ACD, IVR, ASR, CRM).
  • Lead the design and development of AI and bot applications, ensuring customer alignment and industry best practices.
  • Optimize and maintain generative and legacy AI bots, and enhance AI-driven knowledge assistant engines.
  • Collaborate with project managers on end-to-end project rollouts and manage system lifecycle development.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and conduct business analysis for hirify.global digital and AI solutions during client consultations.
  • Mentor project teams and develop documentation and processes for emerging digital products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical (Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering) or business (Marketing, MIS) field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of professional experience, with 1+ years in digital channels or AI/Bot software applications preferred.
  • Proven expertise in technical configuration and programming of AI and contact center technologies.
  • Proficiency in CRM integrations, APIs, and other ecosystem technologies.
  • Familiarity with generative AI models, NLU techniques, automation principles, and industry trends.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and accountability skills.
