What you will do

• Provide technical leadership in test frameworks, test automation, and methodologies.
• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of automated test solutions and strategic test frameworks.
• Analyze test automation requirements, monitor results, collect test metrics, and conduct test reporting.
• Heavily influence building in testability during all phases of the SDLC through continued collaboration with stakeholders.
• Lead the identification of tooling and process improvements, collaborating with Engineering Teams to champion best practices.
• Develop test solutions to support static/dynamic analysis, unit, component, acceptance, integration, and non-functional testing.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc or equivalent in Computer Science (or related field) OR equivalent work experience.
• Strong passion for Software Testing and developing high quality solid test solutions.
• Comprehensive understanding of Testing Methodologies and Test Techniques.
• Proven ability to design and deliver robust and scalable framework solutions.
• Extensive experience with Design Patterns, Refactoring, and Object-Oriented Design.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to resolve ambiguity and set clear direction.
• Must work onsite in Belfast, United Kingdom.
