TL;DR

Technology Audit Analyst: Assessing run and change controls across various technologies including applications, cloud infrastructure, cyber, and data with an accent on the design and operational evaluation and testing of key controls. Focus on contributing to the ongoing development and improvement of audit through collaboration and agile delivery methods.

Location: Edinburgh, Bristol. Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our hub locations.

Salary: £48,987 - £59,873

What you will do

• Contribute to the audit plan, delivering specified outcomes and providing support within the Audit Team.
• Support control testing, identify areas of concern, and articulate potential challenges.
• Help senior colleagues and build meaningful stakeholder relationships.
• Conduct research considering multiple perspectives and bring external trends for analysis.
• Suggest improvements in current compliance processes and actively role model the Group values and behaviors.

Requirements

• The ability to analyse, understand, and communicate data and AI-driven insights, and use data, automation, and AI to drive effective audit outcomes.
• Understanding of AI concepts such as GenAI, supervised and unsupervised machine learning.
• Ability to identify opportunities to use data and AI in audit.
• Ability to deliver analytics using Excel and Power BI.
• Ability to use Copilot to support audit work, including testing.
• Experience in at least one of the following: Applications & Controls, Infrastructure (including Cloud), Cyber Security and Resilience, Change & Transformation, or Data Risk.
