Location: Remote (US). Must reside within the Eastern or Central time zones. Occasional travel (25% plus) required for company events, team offsites, and other in-person connections.

Salary: $250,000 - $300,000 (base salary with 70/30 split between base and variable compensation, plus equity).

What you will do

• Collaborate with prospects to determine application suitability for hirify.global's platform.
• Educate customers and prospects on hirify.global's technical benefits and limitations.
• Position hirify.global as a leading solution against competing technologies.
• Drive the adoption and expansion of hirify.global within customer engineering organizations.
• Partner with Account Executives to develop and execute comprehensive account plans.
• Manage technical relationships with key decision-makers within customer organizations.

Requirements

• Reside within the Eastern or Central time zones.
• Exceptional technical communication skills, including presenting, whiteboarding, and writing.
• Deep understanding of distributed system technologies, design principles, and best practices.
• Proficiency in building application prototypes and providing design, development, build, and deployment guidance using Java, Golang, TypeScript, Python, C#, or PHP.
• Firm grasp of operational considerations in production environments, such as security, reliability, performance, and cost management.
• Ability to provide insightful advice on architectural topics, including application patterns and platform architectures.
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider and familiarity with commonly used application development and production services.

• Can come up to speed without any sales-specific training.
• Partners well with engineers working at customer organizations and serves as a good technical coach.
