What you will do

• Administer and manage Dell server hardware using iDRAC 9 and Dell OpenManage.
• Manage and optimize virtual environments based on Proxmox.
• Implement and maintain automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Cloud-init, and PowerShell.
• Proactively monitor systems and respond to incidents.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure continuous system operations and reliable connectivity.
• Conduct market research, evaluate hardware/software, and stay updated with industry advancements, including AI-focused environments.

Requirements

• Approximately 3 years of experience as a System Administrator, SysOps, or DevOps.
• Strong practical knowledge of physical server administration, Dell hardware, iDRAC 9, and Proxmox virtualization.
• Deep practical knowledge of Linux administration (preferably Ubuntu).
• Solid experience with automation tools: Ansible, Terraform, Cloud-init, and PowerShell.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid mode from the Krakow office.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with VMware.
• Familiarity with Windows Server.
• Knowledge of French or Spanish.
• Organizational and mentoring abilities.
• Readiness for occasional business trips.
