Salary: 800 - 1080 PLN/day on B2B

What you will do

• Provide L2 support for multiple Pega applications, ensuring system stability, availability, and performance.
• Monitor applications using tools like PDC and Splunk, analyzing logs and troubleshooting complex issues.
• Manage incidents and service requests end-to-end, actively participating in Defect Triage calls.
• Coordinate and execute application deployments in higher environments using Pega Deployment Manager.
• Contribute to continuous service improvement by maintaining operational standards aligned with ITIL practices.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Pega application support.
• Pega Certified System Architect (CSA).
• Experience in monitoring tools such as PDC (Pega Diagnostics Cloud) and Splunk.
• Hands-on experience with Linux and database troubleshooting.
• Understanding of Docker and Kubernetes architecture.
• Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments.
• ITIL certified or willingness to obtain ITIL Foundation within 6 months.
• English: B2 level required.
