Business Technology Associate (AI)

TL;DR

Location: Onsite in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Travel as needed for client projects.

What you will do

• Be an interface between business strategy and technology to enable business value.
• Apply structured, hypothesis-driven problem solving in ambiguous client situations.
• Build and deliver decks to convince C-suite leaders on technology topics and shape IT strategies.
• Evaluate and select AI/ML solutions for enterprise contexts, including build vs. buy decisions and ROI modelling.
• Apply AI integration knowledge (RAG, agents, fine-tuning) to guide client decisions.
• Support project leads, lead client meetings, and manage project artifacts for timely delivery.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of technology consulting experience or relevant industry experience.
• Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science) and/or an MBA.
• Experience with modern integration and application architectures, and developing business application architecture.
• Familiarity with at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, etc.).
• Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, etc.), ERP systems, and cloud solutions.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience working with AI tools and LLMs, applying AI knowledge in a business context.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written) in both Dutch and English.
• Proven ability to run workshops, facilitate interviews, and present to senior stakeholders.
