Focus on prioritizing features based on strategic alignment, market insights, and customer feedback, as well as enabling AI throughout the software development lifecycle and executing high-impact AI use cases.

Location: Hybrid (Copenhagen, Manila, or Hyderabad), requiring two days in the office per week.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain the AI product roadmap, prioritizing features.
• Manage the AI product backlog for development teams.
• Lead product development and client adoption of hirify.global’s agent platform.
• Lead product development and internal adoption of hirify.global’s common AI tech stack.
• Support Engineering and SaaS Operations leadership in adopting AI across the software development lifecycle and operational processes.
• Lead execution of the AI enablement plan and represent the company as an AI thought leader at external events.

Requirements

• Demonstrated skills and experience in product management.
• Experience leading AI product or platform development from strategy to execution.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams (engineering, architecture, business units).
• Proficient communication skills with strong public speaking and client engagement experience.
• Experience in building lasting stakeholder relationships and driving technology adoption.
