Salary: £120,000–£130,000 per annum

What you will do

• Define and execute a comprehensive Data & AI strategy aligned to business objectives.
• Lead AI innovation, overseeing design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models.
• Drive data-led decision-making and deliver scalable analytics capabilities.
• Lead transition to modern, scalable data platforms and oversee secure data pipeline architecture.
• Implement strong data governance frameworks covering stewardship, metadata, and privacy controls.
• Build strong relationships with senior business leaders and translate complex challenges into AI/analytics solutions.

Requirements

• Experience as a senior Data leader.
• Strategic vision and hands-on leadership capability to drive execution.
• Accountability for AI, advanced analytics, reporting, data engineering, data governance, and data platforms.
• Ability to lead and develop a team of 10-15 data professionals.
• Must be based in Ipswich, UK.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
