What you will do

• Define and lead the future of the consumer experience across foodpanda, foodora, and Yemeksepeti platforms.
• Set a bold, multi-year product vision leveraging AI to reinvent how customers discover and order food and groceries.
• Recruit, develop, and inspire a world-class team of Product Managers.
• Establish AI-native product development practices that dramatically increase team velocity and effectiveness.
• Own critical product areas, with responsibility for core business metrics and customer outcomes.
• Act as a trusted partner to senior executives, driving alignment across teams, functions, and regions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience building world-class consumer products.
• 5+ years leading and scaling high-performing product teams.
• Track record of owning and growing large product areas with clear, measurable business impact.
• Experience operating in fast-moving, high-complexity environments.
• Proven experience integrating AI into customer-facing products (e.g., personalization, recommendations, search, conversational interfaces, automation) and/or demonstrating ability to leverage AI to transform product development.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across large organizations.
