What you will do
- Own key stages of the customer lifecycle (acquisition, activation, retention, or expansion) and drive associated KPIs.
- Design and analyze experiments to improve onboarding, activation, and time-to-value.
- Optimize the end-to-end acquisition funnel in partnership with commercial teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with Core Product, Data, and Marketing teams to establish scalable experimentation practices.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in growth product management, specifically within B2B markets.
- Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required.
- Proficiency in growth frameworks (AARRR, North Star) and prioritization methodologies (RICE/ICE).
- Proven track record in funnel analysis, conversion optimization, and A/B testing in SaaS or enterprise environments.
- Technical fluency with APIs and technical documentation.
- Strong data-driven mindset and experience with analytics tools and CRM platforms.
Nice to have
- Experience with Product-Led Growth (PLG) or Customer Success-Led Growth.
- Knowledge of financial metrics such as ARR, MRR, and LTV/CAC ratios.
- Experience in mid-market B2B environments.
