What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day production processes from conception to final cut.
• Collaborate with Studio Ops, marketing, monetization, and partner teams to ensure proper resourcing.
• Analyze stream performance and implement changes to improve production quality.
• Develop production resource plans and manage the overall schedule.
• Provide guidance to the team on set design, lighting, and camera angles.
• Resolve production issues and maintain a positive working environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of production experience.
• Experience in live event and multimedia production, preferably in a large corporate or commercial setting.
• Proven track record in delivering corporate video projects to client specifications.
• Advanced knowledge of audio/visual systems and videoconferencing technology.
• Excellent communication, time management, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Strong technical production knowledge.
