Location: Remote position, but candidates must reside in Alberta or the surrounding area. Periodic domestic and U.S. travel will be required for events.

Salary: $60,000–$85,000 CAD

What you will do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP customers through various forms of contact.
• Provide VIP customers with an industry-leading customer service and gaming experience.
• Monitor VIP customer behaviors and interests to ensure expectations are met.
• Engage with VIP players, including in the chat room on site.
• Assist in the creation and execution of VIP Events.
• Analyze VIP and promotional KPIs and profitability, providing reports and comments to management.

Requirements

• Ability to be engaging, enthusiastic, and personal.
• Understanding of current direction of online casino/sportsbook VIP Programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience with high-valued customers.
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
• Gaming industry experience preferred.
• Able to travel occasionally both domestically and internationally.
