What you will do

• Architect and deliver scalable, AI-driven features, including autonomous workflows, intelligent assistants, and advanced decisioning capabilities.
• Design clean abstractions and intuitive APIs, maintaining high-quality, type-safe code standards.
• Develop across the full stack (database, APIs, modern frontend frameworks) using TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy, identifying high-impact opportunities and executing solutions end-to-end.
• Enhance and maintain a modern developer experience and technology stack.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams, mentoring peers through architectural guidance and code reviews, and contributing to CI/CD, automated testing, and performance optimization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in full-stack or front-end engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in TypeScript and modern React.
• Hands-on experience with Next.js App Router (server components, streaming, caching, layouts).
• Experience working with AI tooling such as LangChain, OpenAI APIs, Anthropic APIs, or custom agentic workflows.
• Strong background building complex, data-heavy user interfaces.
• Strong system design skills and commitment to writing clean, scalable, maintainable code.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tailwind CSS and modern component libraries (e.g., shadcn/ui, Mantine).
• Experience with type-safe API frameworks such as tRPC.
• Experience working within SaaS platforms or startup environments.
