TL;DR

Client Operations & Support Officer (Fintech): Managing EU-based client onboarding and lifecycle support with an accent on CySEC regulatory compliance and risk management. Location: Limassol, Cyprus. Must have the appropriate rights and documentation for employment in Cyprus.

What you will do

  • Verify onboarding applications to ensure full compliance with CySEC regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Process corporate, professional, and sub-account applications, validating eligibility criteria and supporting evidence.
  • Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process and proactively follow up to ensure timely account activation.
  • Investigate system-generated alerts to maintain internal controls and regulatory obligations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering professional support for inquiries, concerns, and operational requests.
  • Support internal and external audit reviews by providing necessary reports and documentation.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Polish and English; additional European languages are an advantage.
  • CySEC AML Certificate required.
  • Previous experience in client onboarding, operations, or compliance within financial services, fintech, or investment firms.
  • Strong knowledge of KYC, EDD, and AML frameworks.
  • Experience handling corporate, professional, or complex account structures.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
