What you will do
- Verify onboarding applications to ensure full compliance with CySEC regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Process corporate, professional, and sub-account applications, validating eligibility criteria and supporting evidence.
- Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process and proactively follow up to ensure timely account activation.
- Investigate system-generated alerts to maintain internal controls and regulatory obligations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering professional support for inquiries, concerns, and operational requests.
- Support internal and external audit reviews by providing necessary reports and documentation.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Polish and English; additional European languages are an advantage.
- CySEC AML Certificate required.
- Previous experience in client onboarding, operations, or compliance within financial services, fintech, or investment firms.
- Strong knowledge of KYC, EDD, and AML frameworks.
- Experience handling corporate, professional, or complex account structures.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
