What you will do

• Own art implementation end-to-end, from pre-production through release, including planning, asset assembly, validation, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate closely with Art Direction, Illustration, Animation, and Design to maintain cohesive creative vision and ensure assets are built, integrated, tested, and optimized.
• Prepare, package, and integrate 2D assets (UI, typography, symbols, characters, animations, effects) into the game engine using proprietary toolsets.
• Partner with Engineering and QA to troubleshoot visual/technical issues and ensure content performs well on target devices.
• Maintain clean organization (file hygiene, naming conventions, version control) and keep documentation current.
• Mentor production artists through reviews and practical pipeline guidance.

Requirements

• 7+ years in game art / art integration roles (mobile slots/social casino experience a plus).
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) with a track record of producing runtime-ready assets.
• Experience integrating assets in game engines and working within performance constraints (memory, file size, load time).
• Comfortable working in an iterative, cross-functional environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Portfolio demonstrating shipped work and hands-on implementation/optimization.
• English: B2 required.
