What you will do
- Partner with sales and marketing to identify and scope opportunities for AI-driven solutions.
- Build, test, and deploy AI prototypes and proofs-of-concept to validate use cases.
- Integrate AI APIs, MCP Servers, and other automation tools to build agents and workflows.
- Proactively identify sales process inefficiencies and develop technical solutions for measurable efficiency gains.
- Administer key Go-to-Market business systems, including Salesforce, and build automation (flows), validations, and applications within Salesforce.
- Create technical documentation and training materials to increase technology adoption.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, Solutions Engineering, or a technical automation role, ideally in a high-growth startup or SaaS environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce administration and automation (flows, validations, reporting, integrations).
- Ability to build prototypes or production workflows using AI APIs and automation tools, translating business problems into scalable technical solutions.
- Understanding of modern B2B Go-to-Market motions and key revenue metrics.
- Highly analytical and structured, able to gather requirements, write technical specifications, and lead implementations.
- Ability to attend a required in-person interview for Stage 3 of the hiring process.
Nice to have
- Experience working directly with AI agents, LLM-based applications, or prompt engineering in a production environment.
- Familiarity with data infrastructure and analytics tools (e.g., dbt, BigQuery, Snowflake, Metabase, Looker).
- Experience with integration platforms (e.g., Zapier, Workato) or light scripting in Python or JavaScript.
- Background in fintech or SMB-focused SaaS environments.

Hiring process
- Stage 1: 45-minute Google Meet video call with the RevOps Director.
- Stage 2: 60-minute Google Meets video call with the VP of Strategy & Operations.
- Stage 3: 45-minute in-person values interview with a member of the Leadership Team.
- Stage 4: Take-home case study, followed by a 60-minute presentation (virtual or in-person).
