What you will do

• Build and lead the engineering team responsible for internal tooling and automation.
• Own the mandate to build and ship AI-powered internal tools that make hiring, finance, and ops workflows 10x faster.
• Work at the frontier of what's possible with LLMs, AI agents, and emerging AI tooling.
• Apply AI tools where it matters most: inside our own company.

Requirements

• Technical background with real building experience.
• Experience building with modern AI tooling (LLMs, AI coding assistants, workflow automation).
• Startup or entrepreneurial DNA.
• Move fast, communicate clearly, and love collaborating with non-technical teams.
• Fluency in English, German is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience with tools like Make, n8n, Retool, Supabase, or similar.
