Salary: $167,100 - $260,000 USD annually (dependent on experience, qualifications, and location)

What you will do

• Re-imagine advertising experiences through generative AI to enhance product discovery and brand engagement.
• Develop responsible and intelligent AI technologies for ad creation, optimization, performance analysis, and customer insights.
• Build a highly personalized and context-aware agentic advertiser guidance system leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and sophisticated tooling.
• Identify and deliver high-impact opportunities ranging from strategic product guidance to granular optimization.
• Shape the future of e-commerce advertising through advanced AI technology at an unprecedented scale.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building machine learning models for business applications.
• PhD, or Master's degree with 6+ years of applied research experience.
• Experience programming in Java, C++, or Python.
• Experience with neural deep learning methods and machine learning.
• Work authorization for the USA is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with modeling tools such as R, scikit-learn, Spark MLLib, MxNet, Tensorflow, numpy, scipy.
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems like Hadoop and Spark.
