Compensation: $172,400–$223,400 USD annually (final compensation determined by location, experience, and qualifications)

What you will do

• Develop and optimize ML models for various recommendation and search systems using deep learning and optimization methods.
• Work closely with scientists, engineers, and product managers to expand product insights through data and experiments.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements and the latest modeling techniques in the field.
• Apply state-of-the-art algorithms and machine learning to build highly scalable page personalization solutions.
• Guide and collaborate with talented teams of engineers and scientists, as well as senior leaders.
• Publish research findings at internal and external conferences and journals.

Requirements

• PhD, or Master's degree with 4+ years of experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Machine Learning, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience building models for business applications.
• Experience programming in Java, C++, Python, or related languages.
• Experience in algorithms and data structures, numerical optimization, data mining, or parallel/distributed computing.

Nice to have

• Experience using Unix/Linux.
• Experience in professional software development.
