What you will do

• Manage and maintain CI/CD pipelines for regular deployments.
• Oversee monitoring and logging to ensure high availability and fast incident response.
• Lead scaling initiatives to handle traffic growth efficiently.
• Structure deployment as part of the Scrum cycle.
• Support the development team’s infrastructure and IT requirements.
• Drive improvements in system reliability while reducing cloud spend.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a DevOps or similar role.
• Experience with Azure cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Strong skills in CI/CD pipeline management using GitLab and GitHub.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools.
• Focus on reliability, scalability, and cost optimization.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Russian.

Nice to have

• Experience with E-Commerce & CMS (WooCommerce, WordPress).
• Familiarity with Project Management tools (YouTrack).
• Knowledge of Python and NodeJS languages.
