What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of Individual Contributors, focusing on career growth and fostering a culture of psychological safety and continuous learning.
• Develop and implement strategic roadmaps aligned with global company goals.
• Drive the creation of self-service infrastructure capabilities for engineering teams.
• Oversee the reliability, performance, and scalability of large-scale distributed systems.
• Partner with Principals and other engineering leads to translate business needs into technical strategies.
• Identify opportunities to optimize cost efficiency and reliability through automation.

Requirements

• Track record of managing and growing engineering teams, with a focus on mentorship.
• Strong technical background in cloud infrastructure (e.g., Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Experience with modern CI/CD patterns (ArgoCD, Jenkins).
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience with development languages (e.g., Python or Golang) for tool-building.
• Good roadmap management skills and focus on continuous system improvement.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to influence stakeholders.
