Recruiter (Junior+/Middle)

PrimeXBT is looking for a Recruiter who enjoys working independently, loves structured processes, and confidently manages their own hiring pipeline.
You’ll collaborate with international hiring managers, support high-volume recruitment, and directly contribute to company growth.
What You’ll Do
— Manage full-cycle recruitment for mass hiring roles
— Source and screen candidates
— Conduct HR interviews
— Coordinate interview stages with hiring managers
— Keep your pipeline organized and healthy
— Ensure a smooth and friendly candidate experience
— Track hiring progress and provide updates
What We’re Looking For
— 0.5–2 years of recruitment experience (mass hiring is a strong plus)
— Confidence working independently
— Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
— Good organizational skills
— English B2+ and fluency in Russian
— Experience with LinkedIn and ATS tools
