What you will do

• Actively use LLMs (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT/Claude) to generate, refactor, and document code at high speed.
• Develop and maintain business-critical features using Python and TypeScript.
• Swiftly review, validate, and adjust AI-generated code to ensure production standards and architectural integrity.
• Work on core functionality related to real-time communications (calls, messaging, connectivity).
• Quickly sync with the existing team, providing immediate value and unblocking complex delivery tasks.

Requirements

• Practical, hands-on experience using LLMs in a professional development environment.
• Python: 3+ years of experience (FastAPI, Django, or Flask).
• TypeScript/Node.js: 2+ years of experience (NestJS or similar).
• Databases: Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB (modeling, efficient queries).
• Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with AWS services and containerization (Docker).
• English: B2+ for real-time collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with WebRTC, SIP, VoIP, or Jitsi.
• Understanding how network conditions (latency, jitter) affect real-time apps.
• Experience with Terraform or AWS CDK.
• Proficiency with Playwright, Vitest, or Pytest.
