What you will do

• Form the e-commerce direction of PawChamp from scratch: from strategy to launching the first sales.
• Research the market, competitors, and needs of the target audience to identify promising product categories and demand.
• Develop and agree on a general e-commerce strategy: business model, sales channels (Shopify, TikTok Shop, Amazon, etc.), unit economics, goals, and performance indicators.
• Choose a platform for launch (or several), form a plan for implementing an MVP store and control its technical creation together with the team.
• Define potential suppliers, procurement, logistics, fulfillment, and order service models.
• Launch MVP sales, test traffic channels, receive first orders and analyze results.

Requirements

• Experience launching or actively managing e-commerce projects in foreign markets.
• Understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and sales in online channels.
• Systematic thinking and the ability to work with a large number of processes to launch a new direction.
• Proactivity: we value people who can independently propose solutions, rather than waiting for tasks to be set.
• Responsibility and a desire to create a strong e-commerce direction with a real impact on the business.
• English at B2+ level
