What you will do

• Perform hands-on data analysis and modeling with huge data sets.
• Apply data mining, NLP, and machine learning to improve relevance and personalization algorithms.
• Work with product managers, software engineers, and designers to design experiments and minimum viable products.
• Discover data sources, import and clean them, and make them model-ready, including ETL processes.
• Create and refine features from the underlying data to improve model performance.
• Run regular A/B tests, gather data, perform statistical analysis, and communicate results to peers and leaders.

Requirements

• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Math, Operations Research, or a related field.
• 1+ years of industry experience with AI science.
• 1+ years of experience with modern advanced analytical tools and programming languages such as R or Python with scikit-learn.
• Efficient in SQL, Hive, or SparkSQL.
• Comfortable in a Linux environment.
• 1+ years of experience in data mining algorithms and statistical modeling techniques.
