What you will do
- Contribute to study protocols and designs, developing statistical analysis plans and innovative methodologies for multimodal datasets.
- Implement real-world evidence (RWE) generation strategies using clinical study data and Real World Data.
- Apply advanced statistical methods to large-scale datasets, including EHRs, claims, and longitudinal cohort studies.
- Develop and execute data management plans, performing data cleaning, manipulation, and database management.
- Craft machine learning models to improve hirify.global products' accuracies and ease of use.
- Translate analytical findings into compelling narratives and visualizations for business objectives and market access.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the medical device, pharma or healthcare industry, preferably in health economics, epidemiology, or real-world evidence generation.
- Familiarity with clinical development processes, research study designs, and data analysis methods.
- Proficiency in applied statistics, statistical programming, and database languages (SQL, R, Python, MATLAB, Pandas).
- Ph.D. or M.S. degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Computer Science, Health Economics, Mathematics, Physics or similar quantitative discipline preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience working with patient monitoring solutions and wearables data.
- Familiarity with AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras.
- Knowledge of endpoint validation frameworks and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA/EMA).
