What you will do
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and regional APAC platforms (Naver, Kakao, Yahoo Japan).
- Monitor daily performance, optimize ad campaigns for CAC and conversions, and test new creatives/audiences.
- Identify and manage influencer partnerships aligned with target audiences, negotiating and securing contracts.
- Plan and execute influencer campaigns across platforms like Instagram and YouTube, managing timelines and content approvals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Social, and Paid Media teams.
- Ensure campaigns are culturally relevant and localized for APAC markets, staying informed on market trends.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, influencer marketing, or digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta platforms.
- Experience managing influencer campaigns from start to finish.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data-driven decision-making and performance optimization.
- Excellent organization and project management skills.
- Native in Korean and fluent in English.
- Understanding of the Korean digital ads and influencer marketing landscapes.
Nice to have
- Experience with APAC platforms (Naver, Kakao, Yahoo Japan).
- Experience working with influencers across multiple markets.
- Basic Japanese proficiency.
- Familiarity with influencer or analytics platforms.
