What you will do

• Provide consumer product category insights and market intelligence, including trend analysis and competitive landscape sharing.
• Support outbound activities by preparing customer-specific materials, value propositions, and commercial support tools.
• Proactively share market and consumer insights with sales teams to support customer engagement and opportunity development.
• Support the identification and development of new business opportunities within the fragrance business.
• Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams on business development initiatives and customer projects.
• Contribute to market analysis and business planning for sustainable growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Chemistry, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, business development, or commercial support within B2B or consumer products industries (fragrance, flavor, or FMCG preferred).
• Strong understanding of market analysis, consumer trends, and commercial strategy support.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with sales and cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and high quality graphic design.
