What you will do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of small to mid-sized advertiser accounts to achieve KPIs and growth goals.
• Translate advertiser marketing needs into hirify.global’s programmatic solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Account Managers, Data Science, Product, Engineering) to drive account growth and build new client solutions.
• Analyze campaign data, provide actionable insights, and create data-driven strategies for clients.
• Lead client meetings, business reviews, and identify incremental growth opportunities.
• Stay current on mobile ecosystem and industry trends, offering valuable insights to clients.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of mobile advertising experience, ideally in Account Management in programmatic marketing.
• Experience managing a large book of small to mid-sized advertiser accounts.
• Familiarity with big data, MMPs, mobile app ecosystem, and ad tech.
• Strong data storytelling, client presentation, and analytical skills.
• Strong ownership mentality and curious approach to problem-solving.
• Based in Seoul, South Korea.
