Software Engineer (Integrations): Developing and maintaining Dialpad’s key native integrations for real-time automations and data transfers with an accent on Agentic AI compatibility and a seamless unified customer experience. Focus on architectural design, writing clean, modular, and well-tested code, and participating in code reviews to ensure quality and scalability.

Location: Hybrid in London, UK (2-3 times per week in office)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain Dialpad’s key native integrations (e.g., Zendesk, HubSpot, AthenaHealth).
• Write architectural design and specification documents.
• Develop well-tested features with appropriate test hooks.
• Write clean, modular, and maintainable code using best practices.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability.
• Assist with emerging Agentic AI technologies and initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience with at least one object-oriented programming language (JS or Python).
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Testing, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Pragmatic approach to problem-solving while balancing business goals.
• Agentic AI experience.
• Usage of AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude, Gemini) for coding tasks.
