What you will do
- Assist in triaging and prioritizing service desk tickets to ensure users have clarity into the resolution process.
- Support the employee lifecycle by helping with onboarding and off-boarding tasks using Okta and other internal tools.
- Learn to assemble, install, and configure Apple and Windows laptops.
- Help manage employee software access via Okta.
- Provide support for on-site and remote company meetings.
- Contribute to various IT projects, potentially including supporting automation software and identifying areas for implementation.
Requirements
- A passion for solving technical problems and a desire to help others.
- A friendly and outgoing personality.
- A focus on achieving positive outcomes to technical issues.
- Familiarity with (or a strong desire to learn) Apple and Windows operating systems.
- Basic familiarity with Google Apps (Google Workspace).
- An interest in learning modern enterprise software (Slack, Okta, Google, Zoom, O365, etc.).
