What you will do

• Be part of a high performing cross functional team to design, build and evolve the Conversion Domain microservices platform.
• Work with a distributed, scalable microservices platform, deploying daily.
• Independently work with the modules your team owns across all phases of the SDLC.
• Provide solutions to complex problems, improving product and technical performance.
• Actively participate in team ceremonies and product definition.
• Promote the use of microservices platforms, clean code, SOLID principles, and TDD.

Requirements

• Proficient coding with Java.
• Ability to promote and apply best practices, with strong data driven capabilities and design pattern skills.
• Experience working with the entire software development cycle, including deploying to production and testing.
• Quality mindset; implement high quality code that is clear, concise, and well tested.
• Ability to contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.
• Good English level that will allow you to work in a multicultural environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Applied AI Tools: Demonstrated comfort using practical AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or other AI-powered coding assistants.
• Experimentation Mindset: Curiosity and eagerness to explore, experiment with, and integrate emerging AI-driven solutions into software development workflows.
