What you will do

• Own the Canvas 26 keynote end-to-end across four cities — San Francisco, London, Tokyo, and Sydney — adapting and iterating as speakers and content evolve.
• Design and deliver all executive and CMO presentations, board decks, all-hands, and sales enablement materials.
• Work directly with senior leadership to shape and refine presentations in real time.
• Transform complex product narratives, strategy, and data into clear, compelling visual stories.
• Build and maintain a presentation system — templates, assets, and standards — that brings consistency across the business.
• Push the craft — typography, layout, data visualisation, animation — and set a new bar for what presentation design looks like at hirify.global.

Requirements

• 5+ years of presentation design experience working with C-suite or senior leadership stakeholders.
• A portfolio demonstrating range across keynotes, executive decks, data visualisation, and event content.
• Expert-level Keynote skills including animations, transitions, and build orders.
• Strong working knowledge of Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• The ability to work fast without losing craft quality, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• A strong creative POV and the confidence to defend it—and the good sense to know when to let it go.
