Visual Communications Designer

Location: Hybrid, located in Europe (the team is spread across Europe). The company has offices available and is co-headquartered in San Francisco, US and Amsterdam, Netherlands.

What you will do

• Own the Canvas 26 keynote end-to-end across four cities, adapting and iterating content.
• Design and deliver all executive and CMO presentations, board decks, all-hands, and sales enablement materials.
• Work directly with senior leadership to shape and refine presentations in real time.
• Transform complex product narratives, strategy, and data into clear, compelling visual stories.
• Build and maintain a presentation system including templates, assets, and standards.
• Push the craft in typography, layout, data visualisation, and animation to set new presentation design standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of presentation design experience working with C-suite or senior leadership stakeholders.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating range across keynotes, executive decks, data visualisation, and event content.
• Expert-level Keynote skills including animations, transitions, and build orders.
• Strong working knowledge of Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Ability to work fast without losing craft quality and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• A strong creative point of view and the confidence to defend it, with good judgment on when to adapt.
