What you will do

• Brainstorm and evaluate new game ideas, creating mathematical models and bespoke tools.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure correct implementation of maths models and debug errors.
• Creatively balance games for engaging gameplay and profitability, categorizing and verifying maths.
• Research and analyze successful slot games and features to make data-driven decisions.
• Produce documentation detailing the implementation and theory of mathematical models.
• Draw conclusions from historical statistical analysis on slot statistics and player behavior.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Maths, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proficiency with Excel formulas.
• Good knowledge of probability and statistical modelling.
• Ability to produce and maintain technical documents.
• Ability to clearly communicate concepts and methods.
• Critical thinking and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience with a programming language (C++/C#).
• Knowledge of Excel VBA.
• Familiarity with Monte Carlo methods and Markov Chains.
• Experience in statistical data analysis.
• An interest in gambling (slots or table games) or prior experience in the gambling industry.
