What you will do

• Design and develop scalable software applications to support compliance and regulatory business functions.
• Collaborate with business partners in trading, sales, and finance to automate complex workflows.
• Build and maintain data pipelines using batch and streaming technologies.
• Apply technical expertise to solve concurrency, memory management, and performance challenges in large-scale systems.
• Partner with data scientists and cloud engineers to integrate advanced data solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in at least one compiled language (Java or C++) or Python.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and performance design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with data engineering, including building and maintaining data pipelines or distributed data processing.

Nice to have

• Experience with Lakehouse architectures, such as Snowflake.
• Proficiency with Apache Spark or PySpark.
