TL;DR

Marketing Analyst Intern (Employer Brand): Building and maintaining a tracking system for employer brand performance with an accent on data collection methodology, metric definition, and insight generation. Focus on identifying top-performing channels, analyzing trends, and supporting strategic decision-making within talent strategy.

Location: Remote (US), however, not eligible to be hired in CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, or WA.

Salary: $24.00–$29.00/hourly (depending on location within the US)

What you will do

  • Evaluate data from employer brand channels and define collection methodology.
  • Build and maintain a sustainable tracking system (e.g., Airtable, Excel).
  • Establish a baseline for employer brand performance and track engagement signals.
  • Analyze trends and identify top-performing content themes and channels.
  • Partner with Employer Brand and Talent Acquisition teams to validate insights.
  • Support employer brand operations and intern community engagement.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable collecting and manipulating data in spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets).
  • Ability to synthesize data into clear, concise insights.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Self-starter able to manage weekly project tracking and deadlines independently.
  • Ability to build presentation materials (Google Slides, Canva).

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar platforms.
  • Interest in Employer Brand, Recruitment Marketing, or Talent Analytics.
  • Experience with Airtable or dashboard-style tracking tools.
