Head of Japan – Business Development (Forex/CFD) | Fully Remote

We are hiring a Head of Japan for a fast-scaling institutional & retail Forex/CFD broker. This role begins as an individual contributor position with a clear scope to build and lead a local team.

Location: Fully remote (Japan-based)
Start: ASAP

Drive new revenue growth (strong personal book preferred), build and manage IB / affiliate networks, and lead Japan market expansion strategy.

Requirements:
Strong network within the Japan FX/CFD space
Proven track record in sales & business development
Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to scale operations
