What you will do

• Champion the operational excellence of your business cluster by understanding how specific business models function commercially and technically.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) by analyzing API payloads, system logs, and JSON/XML data structures to identify deviations in business logic or technical systems.
• Direct the resolution of complex technical incidents in live environments, coordinating across multiple teams.
• Proactively identify architectural weaknesses and bottlenecks to propose technical changes that enhance system reliability.
• Challenge senior-level requirements or existing technical structures to protect the scalability and integrity of the underlying business models.
• Utilize tools like SQL and Datadog to track process health and interpret complex datasets to drive efficiency and system stability.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in a tech-business interface role (e.g. Technical System Analyst, Technical Solutions Specialist, or Technical Business Analyst).
• Proficiency with debugging and monitoring tools (e.g., Postman, Datadog) and the ability to analyze JSON/XML structures and API documentation.
• Proven track record in root cause analysis (RCA) and interpreting complex datasets to identify system inefficiencies.
• Assertive communicator capable of translating technical risks into strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
• Proactive, “hands-on” approach.
• Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
