What you will do
- Develop and deliver training programs on payment processing products, processes, and technologies.
- Maintain existing training content and systems based on system development, regulatory mandates, and payment brand compliance.
- Provide presentations, demonstrations, advice, and consultancy on systems and ancillary products.
- Evaluate training to determine if business outcomes have been achieved and ensure continuous improvement.
- Participate in on-site client support and training, often accompanying higher-level trainers/managers.
- Proactively expand existing and build new knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (additional experience accepted in lieu of a degree).
- Training delivery experience.
- Relevant subject matter experience.
- Ability to deliver simple, technical training content following a course syllabus.
- Proficient in a small number of products and technologies.
- Good understanding of cross-functional dependencies.
Nice to have
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with the full training life cycle (analysis, design, delivery, evaluation).
- Proficiency in a second language.
- Relevant Training certification.
