What you will do

• Develop in-depth knowledge of Proactive AI Agents platforms and client services.
• Consult with internal customers to understand training needs and determine curriculum requirements.
• Prioritize and manage curriculum development requests, assisting content contributors.
• Develop, organize, and execute trainings, training manuals, and multimedia visual aids.
• Oversee content creation and management processes for supplemental content contributors.
• Actively seek ways to improve solution training content and communicate effectively with internal and external customers.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in creating blended training solutions.
• 3+ years experience in teaching, training, educating, and onboarding employees, clients, and partners.
• Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills and strong presentation abilities.
• Experience in Instructional Design and working experience with SCORM-compliant files.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and knowledge of adult learning principles.
• Ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies, prioritizing tasks in a high-pressure environment.
