What You'll Do

• Architect and develop high-performance, data-driven user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks like React or Vue.js.
• Build and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Go (Golang) , with a focus on concurrent and distributed programming.
• Optimise applications for speed, scalability, and efficiency, identifying and resolving bottlenecks in high-throughput environments. • Champion advanced engineering practises , including event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka) and containerised deployment patterns.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into seamless technical solutions.
• Work with cloud-native technologies like Docker and Kubernetes to ensure smooth deployment and scaling.
• Proactively troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the entire stack.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of progressive hands-on experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with a focus on building and scaling high-performance applications.
• Proficiency in a modern JavaScript frontend framework (React or Vue.js strongly preferred).

• Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Redis), and experience optimising data models for performance.

• Proficiency with containerisation and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proven track record of implementing and advocating for GitOps principles and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) is highly desirable.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of clearly articulating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
