TL;DR

Customer Success Coordinator (SaaS): Supports customers throughout the Americas, providing operational management of hirify.global programs, and collaborating with Account Managers to ensure effective implementation of the hirify.global solution with an accent on customer training and solving customer challenges. Focus on improving quality of service by recommending improvements to internal processes, identifying new product and service applications for customer.

Location: Hybrid in Mexico City, 8 days per month.

Salary: Annual performance bonus.

What you will do

  • Collaborate with and support Account Managers to ensure effective implementation of the hirify.global solution to a joint portfolio of customers in the US, Canada, and/or LATAM.
  • Manage customer facing and non-customer facing operational responsibilities such as platform demonstrations, program reports, customer trainings, and Back Office support.
  • Guide customer invitation of supplier rating assessments on a systematic basis to drive adoption of product and services and sustainability impact.
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships, responding to incoming requests and resolving user issues.
  • Liaise between customer and other hirify.global departments to solve customer challenges and find solutions within reasonable deadlines.
  • Lead and/or contribute to internal projects contributing to the formalization and standardization of CS processes with a positive impact on team efficiency and quality.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years successful direct customer experience with large accounts acquired in a fast paced environment.
  • Formal education in a related field (Supply chain, sustainability, business).
  • Fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese language (both written and oral) is must.
  • Excellent excel and data analytical skills.
  • Computer literate (MS office, Google Suite, Project management tools…).
  • Passionate about sustainability.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of procurement systems or SaaS solutions is an asset but not mandatory.
