What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy robust AI-powered applications, focusing on agentic and multi-modal AI systems.
• Architect scalable, production-grade software solutions using Python and AI/ML frameworks.
• Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle from ideation to deployment and monitoring in cloud environments.
• Collaborate with AI researchers, scientists, software developers, and product managers to define and implement solutions.
• Build and optimize data pipelines for training, evaluating, and serving AI models.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to strategic planning and technical roadmaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong track record of building and deploying AI/ML solutions.
• Deep proficiency in Python and experience with modern AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Experience with agentic AI, retrieval augmented generation, vector databases, and LlamaIndex.
• Strong proficiency developing and maintaining APIs in Python (FastAPI).
• Hands-on experience with deploying and operationalizing backend services in a Kubernetes-based environment and model serving in cloud environments (Amazon Sagemaker, Bedrock).
• Strong understanding of cloud-based architectures and DevOps practices (AWS and GitLab CI/CD preferred).
• English: B2 required
