What you will do
- Develop profitable business through effective client relationship building and account management.
- Lead the delivery of complex projects, ensuring client satisfaction and effective communication.
- Support relationship development with large key clients, acting as a relationship manager for complex clients.
- Lead proposal writing and shaping opportunities for medium-sized clients.
- Contribute to thought leadership and research, enhancing the brand.
- Deepen consulting skills and business understanding to provide an expanded viewpoint on client issues.
Requirements
- Master’s or Doctorate degree plus 10+ years of relevant work experience in consultancy and/or a client HR function.
- Alternatively, significant work experience (10+ years) in a top-tier professional services firm.
