What you will do

• Lead the design and evolution of scalable, secure, and highly reliable backend systems.
• Architect and build high-quality services using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Own complex domain logic, third-party integrations, and high-performance data workflows.
• Drive architectural decisions and contribute to long-term technical strategy.
• Design robust, maintainable APIs and collaborate closely with frontend, product, and data teams.
• Improve system performance, security posture, observability, and infrastructure reliability.

Requirements

• Strong backend engineering expertise with deep understanding of clean architecture, system design, and scalable patterns.
• Proven experience building and maintaining production systems with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Solid hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and Redis, including data modeling, indexing strategies, and performance optimization.
• Ability to design and reason about complex business domains and distributed systems.
• Strong testing mindset and commitment to code quality.
• Experience owning services end-to-end — from design and implementation to deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
