What you will do

• Boost motion design capacity by creating and animating graphics and editing videos for campaigns.
• Collaborate with the UA team to deliver high-quality motion assets aligned with priorities.
• Adapt existing designs and produce rapid iterations for creative requests and localization needs.
• Produce static ads and thumbnails as required.
• Experiment with generative AI tools to explore new video concepts and improve workflow.
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all visual content to effectively communicate app features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in motion design with a strong portfolio showcasing animation and editing skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe CC, and Figma.
• Strong understanding of animation principles and visual effects, with a strong eye for detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of basic performance marketing concepts.
• Genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for experimenting with AI tools, including generative AI video platforms.

Nice to have

• Experience in the tech, digital marketing, femtech, health, and wellbeing sectors.
• Experience creating static ads to complement motion and video skills.
• Familiarity with Cinema 4D or 3D motion design.
• Basic understanding of user acquisition (UA) and CRM creatives.
