What you will do
- Create motion design and video assets for marketing campaigns across paid, social, web, email, and product launches.
- Lead video projects end-to-end: concepting, storyboarding, animation, editing, and final delivery.
- Partner closely with marketing, brand, and growth teams to translate briefs, messaging, and strategy into engaging motion.
- Design and adapt videos for multiple channels and formats (short-form, long-form, vertical, horizontal).
- Optimize creative for performance while maintaining brand consistency and quality.
- Develop reusable motion templates and systems to scale campaign production.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in motion design and video editing, ideally in a marketing or brand environment.
- Portfolio showcasing campaign-driven motion work and polished video storytelling.
- Expert-level skills in After Effects, Premiere Pro (or similar), Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma (or equivalents).
- Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals: audiences, messaging, platforms, and KPIs.
- Experience creating assets for paid media and social platforms (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Clear communication and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Experience working on performance-driven or growth marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of AI tools.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, creative optimization, and content localization.
- Basic sound design, music selection, or color grading experience.
- Experience working in a fast-paced or scaling marketing organization.
